Sorry to make this post, but I have exhausted all other options and I need help.
My apartment lease is renewed this month and my landlord has asked us to pay 2 months rent up front in order to keep the apartment, and she’s demanding payment by the 10th of this month (january) or she will not renew our lease.
I do not have the money/resources to pack up and leave that apartment and need to keep my lease going in order to continue going to my 3 jobs. I get paid by 2 jobs at the end of the month, and my housemate and I have asked if we can pay later but the landlord isn’t complying with it (most probably because she wants us to leave).
The cost in total is £500 but my housemate is covering half of it for me already. I need to make £250 over the next three days basically, and I am wondering if people could lend/donate to my paypal: https://www.paypal.me/moon21
I have donated / lent money to others on here and I am completely happy to pay back the money lent on the 30th, as at that time I am (frustratingly) receiving more than enough to cover my rent.
Really sorry to ask of this. If those reading could reblog this, I would be incredibly grateful. This is such a stressful shitty situation to be thrown into at the start of the new year and I hope I can rectify it.
